We make every effort to include all applicants on the team on a first come first serve basis. Due to a large response from volunteers around the world, and the active involvement of repeat volunteers, we reserve the right to choose the volunteers who will be compatible on each team. Even though there is no guarantee that an applicant will be on the specific team, all applicants will be given the opportunity to join in future dental relief trips except those who did not comply or were poor team players.
