We are very careful as a team and do everything to stay healthy during our trip.  As a general rule, consume only bottled beverages, or drinks made with boiled water, ice made from filtered water, and well cooked food. Make sure to bring adequate prescription and other over-the-counter medication. Check with the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention for the latest recommendations, and contact us for more information and complete list of what to bring. You can also obtain travel medical insurance through many large travel agencies or insurance companies.
